Creative Mindfulness and Movement

Workshop

Join the Mystic Holistic in Dungarvan Library for some slow, mindful movement as we celebrate our most creative selves this Cruinniú na nÓg. Being creative is good for our bodies and souls – no matter how big or small we are!

This session is specially designed for 6-8 year olds to learn the basics of creative mindfulness. Spaces are free but limited – you can secure yours by calling Dungarvan Library on 05821141.
