Kilkenny Nerd Club and Ossory Youth Workshops

Join us for two exciting workshops for ages 13-17, exploring the creative world of tabletop games and their components. Both workshops run concurrently from 11am to 1pm, and again from 2pm to 4pm, allowing participants to attend both.

Miniature Painting with Juan Hidalgo
Discover the rewarding hobby of miniature painting with world-renowned artist Juan Hidalgo. Whether you’re painting for tabletop games like Warhammer or D&D, or simply expressing your creativity, this workshop is perfect for all skill levels. Learn the basics and leave as a more confident painter!

Tabletop Game Design with Patrick McGlynn
Dive into the world of game design with award-winning designer Patrick McGlynn. Experiment with game mechanics, create your own games and explore the elements that make a game exciting. This workshop is a blend of imagination, fun and curiosity.

Both workshops are free, but booking is required. All equipment will be provided.
