Youth Drama Workshops

Join us for an exciting series of immersive youth drama workshops with The Handy Theatre.

Designed for young people aged 13 to 16 years old, these workshops will focus on advanced acting techniques, character development and performance skills.

The workshops will provide an engaging and structured environment to foster creativity, confidence, and teamwork through the performing arts. By participating in drama, young people will develop communication skills, emotional intelligence, and self-expression, which will benefit them both on and off stage.

Beginning on Tuesday 29th April, at 4.30pm, this series of workshops will run for a period of 6 weeks and culminate with a performance by participants at a showcase event in Tullamore Library on Saturday 7th June at 7.00pm.

These workshops are free, but places are limited so booking is essential.
