Musical Theatre Dance Development Workshops

Workshop

Join us for an exciting series of immersive workshops and foster a deeper appreciation of musical theatre and performing arts.

Designed for young people aged 12 to 16 years old, each session will integrate musical theatre dance techniques with speech and drama facilitation to enhance performance skills.

The workshops will provide participants with an opportunity to build confidence in movement and stage presence, develop expressive storytelling skills, through speech and dance, while participating in a team and collaborating in a performance setting.

Beginning on Wednesday, 7th May at 2.30 pm, this series of workshops will run for a period of 5 weeks and culminate in a performance by participants at a showcase event in Edenderry Library on Saturday, 7th June at 7.00 pm.

These workshops are free, but places are limited, so booking is essential.
