Armada Costume Creation

Remembering the Armada 2026 is a commemorative programme taking place in September 2026, with a public launch planned for summer. The event will honour those aboard the three Spanish Armada ships wrecked at Streedagh. A remembrance parade and related activities will feature participants dressed in period‑appropriate Spanish costumes. To support this, organisers aim to collaborate with local groups on costume creation and will hire a dressmaker or designer to produce historically inspired outfits in preparation for the September events.
