Workshop

Nifty Fifties is a series of three workshops facilitated by artist Máiréad Holohan, developed in collaboration with the Nifty Fifties at Newpark Family Resource Centre. These sessions invite women in their 50+ to explore book‑making, ink‑making and drawing, alongside shared conversations inspired by the local natural environment. Rooted in place and collective experience, the workshops encourage curiosity, creativity and connection through hands‑on making and reflective discussion. Workshops will be held on the 2nd, 9th and 16th of September, 2026 and targeted through the Newpark Family Resource Centre no booking required.
