Join the children of Shannon Family Resource Centre for a Ukulele Performance.

Crios Ceoil na bPáistí is a community music project for children under 12 years at Shannon Family Rescource Centre. The programme creates a supportive, inclusive space where children can explore music, try instruments, and enjoy creative time together.

A core part of the initiative is a 5‑week ukulele programme, giving participants the chance to learn a new instrument, practise regularly, and prepare a piece they can proudly perform. This structured approach helps build confidence, teamwork, and musical skills in a fun, relaxed environment.

The project also supports social connection by bringing together children who share an interest in music. Through group learning and collaborative activities, kids can make friends, build confidence, and develop new abilities.

Crios Ceoil na bPáistí is more than a class, it’s a welcoming community where children can grow, express themselves, and celebrate the joy of making music.
