My Place My Space- First Steps in Theatre

Workshop

An interactive theatre style workshop for 15–18-year-olds from 6pm-9.30pm where we will play, explore, experiment, question, discuss, try new things or attempt to look at things in a different way from how we may be used to.

Through fun & creativity we will focus on how we free ourselves up to be expressive without the inhibitions & critical voice in our heads & look at how the place/space in which we live – our ‘home’, estate, community, town, village affects us – how do we fit into it or not/how is it a fit for us or not. It will be a relaxed, supportive & encouraging safe space to just be you…cause that’s worth celebrating!
