No Pressure Freedom Youth Space

Workshop

Young people in Thomastown can take the lead in imagining their ideal hangout for Cruinniú na nÓg, joining a fun, youth‑led project to design and temporarily transform a town‑centre spot into a prototype youth space. Through creative workshops filled with discussion, drawing, making and big ideas, participants explore what a great space for teens should look and feel like—whether for creativity, chilling out, socialising or performance. No experience needed, just your voice and your imagination. The project wraps up with a public open day on Saturday 6 June 2026, where families and the community can step inside the space shaped entirely by young people as part of Ireland’s national day of free creativity.
