Step into Dance

Workshop

Children take centre stage in this vibrant Cruinniú na nÓg event at Axis Ballymun, where young dancers share their energy and imagination through a dynamic contemporary performance before inviting the audience to jump into the fun themselves. Six talented youth performers showcase expressive movement, musicality and teamwork, offering an exciting glimpse into the creativity of young people in dance. Afterwards, children aged 6 to 12 can join one or two lively workshops filled with rhythm games, movement play and a short dance phrase to learn, all in a warm and encouraging space that boosts confidence, focus and teamwork. With plenty of room for self expression and joyful exploration, this event gives young audiences the chance to move, create and connect while being inspired by dancers their own age.
