Join Us for an Exciting Movement Workshop in Kilmacow!

Calling all teenagers in the Kilmacow community! We are thrilled to invite you to a unique and engaging experience, developed by Diarmuid, a practitioner of functional movement. Drawing on his experience and 12 years of facilitating workshops, Diarmuid has crafted a workshop that blends physicality and interiority in a fun and inclusive way.

This workshop is designed for both novices and pros, focusing on the joy of movement, skill acquisition, and conscious movement. 

What to Expect:

Fun and Inclusive: Emphasis on fun and learning, suitable for all skill levels.

Skill Development: Learn essential skills through pre-taught sessions in Irish, enhancing both your confidence and language skills.

Cultural Enrichment: Immerse yourself in the Irish language and culture.
