The CYS Integration Project is inviting young people from all backgrounds—Ukrainian, Irish, and those in the International Protection Application system—to join a unique film-making workshop as part of Cruinniú na nÓg 2025. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from Shane Vaughan, an experienced filmmaker, and a team of talented youth workers from Clare Youth Service.What’s in store: This project is suitable for young people between ages 14 to 17 yrs
🎥 Hands-on Filmmaking – Learn how to create your own short films using both your phone and professional cameras, sound equipment, and editing tools.
✂️ Editing Skills – Get a crash course in editing your footage into a polished film.
🎬 Explore the Film Industry – Learn how you can get involved in the film industry and start your journey towards a creative career.
👀 Public Screening – Show off your work! You’ll have the chance to present your films to the Lisdoonvarna community and fellow young people.
This project is in the Pavillion Lisdoonvarna V95WF69 on Junes 7th from 1pm to 5pm.
