We are excited to present the Night Time Economy (NTE) Creative Ireland Cruinniú na nÓg Late event, scheduled for Saturday, June 7th, 2025. This under-18s rave, to be held at Eden Nightclub in Longford Town from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, promises a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. The event will be organised by a professional entertainment company in collaboration with young people, ensuring that their voices and ideas are integral to the planning and execution. This alcohol-free event will feature full security, a subsidised mineral and snack bar, a live DJ, and LED wristbands, all within a chaperoned setting to provide additional supervision and support.
The Cruinniú na nÓg initiative aims to expand the range of creative activities available to children and young people, including those from harder-to-reach groups. This event aligns perfectly with these goals by offering a unique and inclusive opportunity for young people to engage in a creative and cultural activity. The idea for this event emerged from consultations with young people, who will also be actively involved in organising and coordinating the event. Their participation ensures that the event is tailored to their interests and needs, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment.
