Dancing with Nature

  • Workshop

Get ready to move, groove and celebrate the natural world! Dancing with Nature is an exciting whole‑school dance project taking place at Scoil Mhic Diarmada, bringing together pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth Class for a joyful creative experience.

Children will take part in lively dance workshops where they explore biodiversity and climate change through movement. Inspired by their recent classroom learning and sustainability projects, pupils will help create dances that reflect pollinators buzzing, water flowing, growing plants and the rhythms of nature itself.

The project will culminate in a special public showcase at Seán Mac Diarmada’s Cottage, Kiltyclogher, inviting families and the local community to celebrate the children’s creativity and environmental learning through dance.
