Decoupage Canvas Art Workshop @ Leitrim School of Art

Workshop

Young people aged 10–16 are invited to take part in a creative and hands-on Decoupage Canvas Art Workshop on Cruinniú na nÓg.

In this engaging workshop, participants will explore the art of decoupage, a decorative technique where layered papers and materials are applied to a surface to create images and designs. Using a die-cutting machine and a wide selection of upcycled materials such as wallpaper and textured papers, young people will experiment with composition, pattern, colour, and layering,by the end of the session, each participant will have a finished canvas artwork to take home.
All materials are provided. Participants should bring a packed lunch. No previous experience required just imagination and a willingness to try something new.
