Gothic Fiction-Writing Workshop – Dunlavin Library

Enter into the ghostly world of gothic fiction with Irish Times best-selling children’s author, Caroline Busher.

Participants will look at how classic gothic novels influence children’s books today and learn how to create a gothic atmosphere, by looking at setting and characters. Caroline will read from her latest novel The Boy Who Slipped Through Time. Participants will get the opportunity to write their own gothic story and Caroline will share her top tips on becoming an author.

For ages 11 to 12 years.
