Launch of the Playful Culture Trail

Workshop

Join us for the launch of Playful Culture Trail 2026. This family‑friendly adventure invites young and old to explore, wander, and play at their own pace in the many cultural and historic spaces across Cork City.

Coordinated by Let’s Play Cork, the trail uses playful clues and fun challenges to spark curiosity in our cultural spaces. Blaithín the Lizard, a mischievous character who guides (and hides from) young explorers along the route.

Families are invited to join in reimagining Blaithín’s costume and identity for 2027, let your imagination run wild and give her a fresh look, who knows it might be selected as the design for next years trail!

There will be photographers on site.
