Mindful Movement and Storytelling (9-12 years)

Workshop

This workshop for 9 to 12 year olds focuses on strength through Aesop’s Fables. The group will discuss the true sources of strength, using the story as a springboard to learn warrior yoga poses. Using lollipop sticks to recreate the poses, participants will then draw the poses or related imagery on a scroll. The workshop will end with a calming guided meditation.
