Mindful Movement & Storytelling (5-8 years)

Workshop

This workshop for 5 to 8 year-olds, combines yoga, storytelling, and art. Using What Will You Dream of Tonight? by Frances Stickley, children will explore various landscapes in the story, choosing yoga poses inspired by the imagery.

After some fun yoga games, they will respond to the story by drawing their favourite poses and scenes on a large scroll. The session will conclude with a peaceful guided meditation under soft, cloud blankets.
