Mindfulness Meditative Workshop

Workshop

A free workshop to guide tweens and teenagers on how to develop their art skills through painting and drawing.

Children will be guided and provided with techniques, to boost their self-confidence through meditative art and wellbeing activities.

All materials will be provided. Participation is free, but booking is required. Book via email- art@cranebird.ie or call 085 187 5458.
