Natural Connections for Self-Expression

  • Workshop

From artist Siobhán Jordan and Holy Angels School, day-care for children with special needs.

 
This series of workshops were developed to encourage a connection with nature, using natural materials for self-expression. Workshops examine a number of themes, including slow meditative art, where the children can harness wind and light to their artworks and mark-making, where the children express themselves through natural mark-making tools and inks. Come see our exhibition in Carlow Library for a taste of what we created during our workshops.
