Print Your Own Map – with award-winning artist, Tracy Fry

Interactive Drop-In Workshop for Families

Join us for a creative and fun-filled afternoon with award-winning artist Tracy Fry at The Leitrim Design House! Inspired by her winning piece Estuary, this family-friendly workshop invites young people to explore the art of map-making through print.

Taking place in the welcoming foyer of The Dock, this hands-on event is perfect for children aged 7 and up. Participants will discover how Tracy’s artwork draws on themes from nature, science and the environment, and will have the chance to see the artist in action, as she demonstrates her printing techniques.

Kids can then dive into creating their own unique map-inspired artwork and even print it on a tote bag to take home—combining creativity with a meaningful keepsake!

No booking is required—just drop in between 12pm and 3pm.

📍 Location: The Dock Art Centre, St. George’s Terrace, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim
🕛 Time: 12pm – 3pm
👧 Ages: 7 and up , families welcome! 

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
