A Peer-led group that helps to support people in their recovery journey to wellness with Music. An opportunity to meet people to help build supportive & healthy networks and friendships.

These groups are for Service Users Aged 18 plus who are linked in with Cavan Monaghan Mental Health Services and the general public

There will be no session on April 8th
