Storytelling Through Mindful Movement 9 – 12 Years

Workshop

Designed for ages 9–12, this workshop uses Aesop’s The Lion and the Mouse to spark conversation about true strength, courage and care. Participants learn a series of warrior‑inspired yoga poses, then recreate these shapes using lollipop sticks before illustrating their own interpretations on a shared scroll. The session closes with a grounding guided meditation, giving older children a chance to unwind, reflect and connect with their inner resilience.
