Teen Poetry Slam – Performance Workshops (Naas) (NTE)

Calling all teenage wordsmiths!

Take a break from studies and enjoy some creative workshops, exploring the world of spoken word poetry and performance!

Annie Peter and David Hynes (curator of The Word tent at Electric Picnic) will be leading two workshops on writing / performing in Naas Library & Cultural Centre, May 28th and June 4th from 6-8pm. 

Spaces are limited and workshops are free, so don’t miss this amazing opportunity to learn the crafts of spoken word.  Whether you’re an active poet or simply curious, all are welcome, no previous experience required!

Workshop participants will have the opportunity to perform their own material at the Cruinniú na nÓg Teen Poetry Slam in Naas Library, June 7th at 6pm.
