Teens Telling Tales

  • Workshop

“Teens Telling Tales” is a scriptwriting course, designed to empower young adults to tell their own stories. Through interactive workshops, creative exercises and group discussions, students will learn the fundamentals of scriptwriting while exploring their personal perspectives. The course emphasises the importance of youth voices in media.

By the end of this course, students will understand the core principles of storytelling and screenwriting. Develop a unique idea into a structured script. Learn character development, dialogue, and scene construction. Gain confidence in sharing their personal stories. Practice pitching their ideas in a compelling way. 

Join PIO Media at the YoYo Café in Mullingar on June 7th from 4pm-5:30pm. The course will continue on June 12th, 19th, and 26th from 12pm-1:30pm. 

Participation is free, however places are limited and booking is required.
