The Glow Girls and Mini Glows Programme

Workshop

Glow Girls & Mini Glows is a creative wellbeing and empowerment programme for girls aged 8–12. Through fun, interactive, creative workshops combining music, storytelling, and simple breathing techniques to develop emotional resilience, calm, and self-confidence, participants will explore themes such as self-esteem, wellness, and positive friendships in a supportive and welcoming space. Participants are encouraged to share their ideas and help shape the sessions, building confidence and a sense of belonging, all leading to a celebratory final showcase event.
