The Magic of Irish Myths

During the next few weeks, Nenagh Youth Theatre is creating a series of short plays for children aged 5–11, written and performed by our youth members (aged 12–17).

With support from Cruinniú na nÓg, it is intended to develop original plays based on Irish folklore. These shows will be:

  • Interactive
  • Accessible for all children, including those with sensory needs
  • Free to attend

We’re working with experienced theatre professionals, to build skills in sound, lighting and design – giving our members real hands-on experience.

Performances will take place on Cruinniú na nÓg and are open to the whole community.

We want to make theatre something every child can enjoy, no matter where they live.

Please note: Photos and videos will be captured during the event to showcase all the fun!
