Turning the sod, looks at bogs/peat from different perspectives… social/heritage/ecological/cultural. At the event, Cruachan Creatives will give a creative performance based on themes associated with bogs, consisting of a soundscape with visual story telling, spoken word, song and music drawing on different influences. This creative presentation will be accompanied by talks from heritage and biodiversity experts along with ‘bog music’ by the Sliabh Bán Trio and tae in a bottle as refreshment.
