Music for Everyone: Irish Chamber Youth Orchestra:

Come to Glórach this Cruinniú na nÓg to experience a concert performed entirely by the Limerick young people of the Irish Chamber Youth Orchestra. This concert is performed by young people for young people and it demonstrates what is possible, whilst introducing the audience to popular Classical music, through a repertoire of melodies, which have been used in the movies.

The Irish Chamber Youth Orchestra orchestra provides a unique and valuable resource for young people. It is a free and non-auditioned group with members ranging from 12 to 24 years. ICO Youth Orchestra provides a safe creative space where these young people can find their tribe, make friends for life and learn a host of transferable skills.

The concert begins at 16:30, and is preceded by a 15:00 workshop where all young people will get a chance to play an instrument. Both events are at Glórach Theatre, Abbeyfeale on Saturday 7th June 2025.
