Beat It – Percussion Workshop

Get ready to make some noise at this high-energy drumming workshop for children aged 8 and up as part of Cruinniú na nÓg! Led by experienced percussionist Daire Stanley, this hands-on session is all about rhythm, creativity, and fun.

Participants will explore different drumming styles, learn basic beats and techniques, and get the chance to play as part of a group, building confidence and musical skills along the way. No experience needed—just bring your energy and a love for music!

Whether you’re a natural-born drummer or just want to try something new, this workshop is a brilliant way to connect through sound and celebrate creativity. Drums provided – just bring yourself!
