Blossoms, Beats and Treats

Water Street Community Association, with Anna Browne (Big Sky Flowers) and Bertille de Lestrade (Studio Bleu), invites you to Blossoms, Beats & Treats in Castlepollard for Cruinniú na nÓg on June 7th. 

The day will feature two creative workshops with a sustainable, local focus. In the morning, Anna and Bertille will lead a flower crown workshop for ages 9–18, using local blooms and encouraging creativity and connection to nature. Afterward, participants will enjoy a healthy lunch made with produce from the Water Street Community Garden. The afternoon will see Bertille and Anna guide children aged 7+ in making percussion instruments from recycled materials, ending in a lively group jam. 

Each child will leave with their handmade creation and new skills, all in the spirit of joy, inclusion and sustainability. Join us, as we celebrate creativity, circular economy, and community connection in Castlepollard.
