My name is Micheál Deely, I am 16 years old. My interests include the world of Creative Design , Photography and Media Marketing !
Last year I entered Junk Kouture with my friends and main theme was the Pink Tax and Period Poverty.
I have also created two successful science projects; A dyslexia lamp with a difference and A Cookbook For People With Intellectual Disabilities.
Breegeen Boner
Age 16
I’m Breegeen Boner, I’m 16 years old and I love all kinds of art and often spend time creating drawings, paintings and clay pieces, both inside and outside of school. Last year, I entered the Texaco children’s art competition and received a certificate of commendation for my painting of Ringo Starr, and have entered again this year with a painting of my pet dog. I also use art as a medium to express my curiosity about how and why things work, and I hope to one day use my art skills to become an animator or an engineer of some sort, as art can hold great importance even in science and STEM sectors.
I am also a singer songwriter, who has been playing music since I was around 8 or 9. I love to sing and learn how to play new instruments, and can currently play 9 different instruments including the mandolin and the guitar, both of which I am self taught in and I hope to learn many more! I perform on stage at events and festivals in my local area, along with regularly playing in a local Ukulele Group based in the Rosses. I recently began playing in Clubeo, a platform for many upcoming artists to showcase their talents and I was glad to meet others who share the same passion for creativity as I do.
