The most unforgettable books are filled with imagination — and it’s often the wildest, weirdest moments we love the most. But how do writers come up with such fantastical ideas?

The truth is, everyone has an imagination. You just need to find the switch.

In this fun and inspiring workshop, writer and storyteller Ian Wild – who has had over twenty children’s stories broadcast on RTÉ Radio One – will help young writers discover their own creative spark. Through a series of easy and enjoyable writing exercises, participants will unlock new ideas, explore their imaginations, and take their first steps towards writing truly original stories.
