The Magic Mirror: An Art and Meditation Adventure

Workshop

Led by artist Tricia O’ Connor and play therapist Laura O Carroll, the workshops will begin with a short interactive guided meditation using affirmation cards and movement, paired with visualisation and deep breathing. Next, participants will hear the story of the “Magic Mirror”, which will help them discover their inner beauty and gifts and ensuring those with a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem feel seen, supported and empowered. Then participants will get to make their own Magic Mirror using cardboard, pencils, markets and glitter, which will reflect their inner strength, kindness and imagination.

Participants will get to take home their affirmation card and Magic Mirror to remember the day.
