Medieval Drawstring Pouch Workshop – School of Irish Archaeology

  • Workshop

In this workshop children will make their own medieval draw-string pouch. Learn about the foul leather working process, from the initial removal of hide, the tanners yard, and how it is prepared for human use. The gory, mucky details are always a big hit! 

Ages 7-12

30 minutes sessions at Wexford Library: 10.30-11.00 OR 11.30-12.00
