Mullingar Gathers na nÓg- Mindful Movement with Kim

Mullingar Gathers na nÓg, in partnership with The Refill Mill, Mullingar, will host a special Cruinniú na nÓg event to engage children aged 5-16, in a variety of workshops, aiming to promote creativity, fun and positive mental health. 

In “Mullingar Gathers na nÓg”, we want to create a welcoming and safe place for young people to experience creativity, sharing and connection. We have intentionally selected events which are calm and nurturing.

From 10am to 11am, join Kim Darby for a mindful movement class designed for ages 7-12. 

Participation is free, however booking is required via Eventbrite.
