Now That’s What I Call An Album Cover – NTE Event

  • Performance

Get ready for a bold and brilliant celebration of music and visual art, as Droichead Youth Theatre presents Now That’s What I Call an Album Cover—a live art experience that transforms iconic album covers into powerful, living scenes on stage.

In this one-of-a-kind performance, young performers recreate legendary album imagery—from rock classics to pop culture favourites—through striking live tableaux. Each “album cover” will be staged within a dramatic frame, lit up briefly for the audience to absorb and enjoy, before fading to black and making way for the next unforgettable visual moment.  The performance will take place in a vacant shop window in the Town Centre Shopping Centre, Drogheda – watch as this space becomes reimagined into a live gallery!

A playful and imaginative tribute to the music that shaped generations, this event combines performance, design, and nostalgia in a way that’s both fresh and familiar.
