Tipperary Town Library Chess Tournament

Chess Tournament: 9:30-12:30

Tipperary Town Library is delighted to host our Cruinniú na nÓg Chess Tournament. The tournament, run by experienced chess arbiter from Red King Chess, will be a six round Swiss tournament (every player getting 6 games). No Knockouts. Chess clocks will be used but a short demonstration will be held before Round One to ensure all players know how to use them. Please be on time. The arbiter will try and accommodate late comers but admission to the tournament may not be possible after the games start. All levels are welcome but all players must know the full rules of chess.
