Roots of Mindfulness – Creative Mindfulness Workshop (9 to 12 years)

Workshop

In this gentle, creative space, children are invited to slow down, tune in and explore their feelings in a fun and imaginative way. Through storytelling, calming breaths, playful movement and hands-on arts and crafts, children will discover simple tools to help them feel relaxed, confident and centred. This workshop encourages self-expression, emotional awareness and creative calm in a warm, supportive environment.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 9 to 12 years.
