In 2026, Wonder Walls will culminate in a bold new national creative moment for Cruinniú na nÓg, bringing together young people’s work from across Ireland in a single, large-scale collaborative artwork. As part of the programme, participants at 12 venues nationwide will each create an additional painted piece during the lead-up workshops. On the morning of Cruinniú na nÓg, these 12 pieces will be brought together and assembled like a giant jigsaw to create one striking collective image as part of the day’s celebrations.

Drop-in Sessions On The Day- 6th June

This Cruinniú na nÓg, The Walls Project is bringing free drop-in street art experiences to locations across Ireland, inviting young people aged 12–18 to step into the world of graffiti and large-scale creative expression. Led by professional street artists, these hands-on sessions give teens the chance to experiment with spray paint, learn the fundamentals of graffiti and mural-making, and explore bold mark-making techniques on a larger scale.
Whether you’re completely new to street art or already love to draw, these workshops are all about creativity, self-expression and trying something different in a welcoming, energetic environment. Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the street art process while creating colourful collaborative artworks and building confidence through art. Drop in, get involved, and make your mark this Cruinniú na nÓg.
