Storytelling Through Mindful Movement 5 – 8 Years

Workshop

In this gentle, imaginative workshop for ages 5–8, children journey through the dreamy landscapes of What Will You Dream of Tonight?

Together, we explore the story through mindful movement, creating playful poses inspired by the book’s vivid imagery before shifting into a collaborative art‑making session on a large story scroll.

The workshop ends with a cosy guided meditation under fleecy blankets, offering little ones a calm, nurturing space to rest, imagine and breathe.
