Calling up Berba on the River Barrow Day 2

Workshop

Young people can dive into part two of this two‑day eco‑creative journey for Cruinniú na nÓg as they reunite at Laois Arthouse to experiment with the alchemy of colour—mixing botanical inks and earth pigments to build a vibrant Glenbarrow‑inspired palette, exploring ancient tree wisdom, place‑based stories, and the vital role of water as the “lifeblood” of their creations. Using motifs developed on day one, they’ll help complete a large collaborative canvas for display at Laois Arthouse, while their own ink‑and‑paint experiments on bamboo paper will be theirs to take home, celebrating creativity, nature and imagination in full flow.
