Clay Creatures & Magical Worlds 10-11am

Workshop

A fun, slightly wild, hands-on experience designed to spark creativity, curiosity and confidence. School-aged children are invited to explore imagination through raw clay.

Starting with simple shapes participants will push, pull, and build their own creatures, characters, and strange little worlds. dragons, fairies or something completely unexpected. There’s no pressure to make something “perfect.” This is about getting your hands messy, following ideas and letting forms emerge naturally. Through texture, mark-making, and playful experimentation children will create expressive one-of-a-kind pieces.

Set in a working pottery studio the session offers a relaxed and creative environment where kids can explore freely and think differently about making.

All materials are provided and each child will decorate and take home their own clay creation on the day.
