Crochet Creativity

Workshop

Úna Bhán Tourism invites young people to take part in 2 creative crochet workshops as part of Cruinniú na nÓg 2026 taking place at Boyle Craft Shop.

Led by local crochet artist Laura Kate Crochet, these hands on sessions will introduce you to the joy of making and creativity through crochet.

Workshop 1

Time: 11am-12.30pm

Learn basic crochet skills and create a small crochet octopus to take home

Age: 9-13 yrs

Workshop 2

Time 1.30pm-3pm

Design and make your own crochet mushroom keyring, choosing your colours and decorative detail.

Age: 13-17yrs

All materials will be provided and participants will keep their handmade creations.
