Dauntless: Becoming a Pirate

Step into a world of adventure with Dauntless: Becoming a Pirate, a 90‑minute creative drama workshop where imagination leads the way. You’ll dive into stories inspired by the fearless pirate Gráinne Mhaol, exploring courage, leadership, resilience and self‑expression through playful activities. Using role play, movement, storytelling and group games, you’ll help build an exciting pirate world and dressing up as a pirate is encouraged to make the experience even more fun.

This is a fully hands‑on workshop where everyone takes part. You’ll create characters, shape stories and respond to imaginative prompts together in a friendly, supportive space no drama experience needed. The workshop celebrates creativity, teamwork and confidence while drawing inspiration from Ireland’s maritime history and strong female role models. It’s a chance to explore identity, storytelling and connection through active, joyful play.
