Workshop

This outdoor nature-based workshop is taking place in Liffey Linear Park, Athgarvan Rd, Greatconnell, Newbridge. Designed for young people to explore, learn and connect through hands-on experience, this workshop encourages curiosity, creativity and confidence in the outdoors.

Young people will work together through a mix of cluichí agus dúshláin (games and challenges), practical outdoor skills, and creative activities using natural materials. They’ll learn about local wildlife and animal behaviour – ag foghlaim faoin dúlra agus faoin saol mórthimpeall orainn – and create a simple take-home craft inspired by the season!

The focus is on building confidence, connection and curiosity, with space to try new things and take on supported challenge.
