Illustration Workshop at Inishbofin Library – Storyboarding & Spreads

This session will cover Storyboarding and Spreads and will follow on from a session on Friday the 5th of June on Characters and Finding your art style. 

The format of this workshop will be as follows:

  • Intro & Warmup – Work on pre-prepared worksheets with prompts based on book contents.
  • Story Break Down – Divide the story into parts like a storyboard and decide as a group what needs to appear in each scene.
  • Final Artwork – Each child will create a piece for the book based on learnings from the workshop.

This session will run from 11am to 12:30pm and is aimed at children aged from 6 to 13.
