Live from The Glens Centre – Street Session Manorhamilton

Young Musicians are the centre stage and spotlight at this vibrant outdoor evening music event from The Glens Centre, celebrating the incredible young talent of Manorhamilton and Leitrim. Taking place on 6 June 2026 as part of Cruinniú na nÓg, this special edition brings the much‑loved Street Session back to the streets of Manorhamilton, shining a light on emerging musicians aged 14–18.

Since 2018, Street Session has championed young performers, nurturing confidence, creativity and community connection. From online concerts during COVID to last year’s cross‑border collaboration with young musicians in Fermanagh, the programme continues to grow as a key platform for early‑stage artists.

This year’s event will feature a curated mix of solo acts, bands and instrumental performances across traditional, folk, acoustic and contemporary styles. Young musicians will work with professional mentors in the lead‑up, developing stagecraft, performance skills and artistic identity, while also helping to co‑curate the show from set order to creative design.

Running from 5pm–9pm, the event offers a welcoming, alcohol‑free, night‑time experience for audiences of all ages, bringing the community together in a safe, inclusive public space.
