Feeling stuck for what to read next? Or looking for the perfect book for your child? The Children’s Books Ireland Book Clinic invites young readers and their families to meet a Book Doctor — a friendly reading expert ready to help! During each informal consultation, the Book Doctor will create a personalised “book prescription” — a tailored list of book recommendations to spark enthusiasm and build a love of reading. Each child leaves with their own prescription to take away and fill at the library.
The Book Clinic welcomes all children, including those with additional needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, or sensory differences
